45 Cards Ready To Go To Operation Write Home

I have had a blast designing more than 45 different cards to be sent to Operation Write Home. I love to make cards, so this is a great outlet and a fun diversion from cleaning house, cooking, helping with homework, etc! If you love to design and make cards, check out their website here.

I used my two favorite colors of Close To My Heart Cardstock, stamped the background and sentiment with stamps that I had in my huge stash, and then cut the balloons with my Cricut.

This was stamped on the same cardstock with Close To My Heart stamp,hearts embossed with clear and then used my Cricut to cut the tickets from CTMH's Art Philosophy Cartridge. My favorite colors again!

Taped The Alphabet Block Stamps Together!

I am trying to finish up some cards for my favorite organization...Operation Write Home. I had a block of letters that I always found so difficult to stamp evenly, individually. So...IDEA! I joined them together as one big stamp with green painters tape so they would stay secure! They were loose enough so that the H and I could be pushed forward to ink with bright red and then pushed back so I could ink the rest of the letters with black ink.

Whaa-laaa! Here are the cards I made with this taped together block of alphabet stamps and they are now ready to be shipped to our heroes, so they can write notes to their loved ones and send them back home!
